Q: I placed a pre-order, when does my pre-order come in
A: Please refer to the pre-order information at the bottom of the description of the pre-order item that has been ordered. You can also visit our Pre-Order Info Page for more information.

 

Q: I placed an order and it hasn't come in. Why is this
A: Most of the time the reason for orders not shipping is because you have ordered a pre-order item alongside a ready to ship item. When you purchase a pre-order item with other ready-to-ship items, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available. If you want your items sooner, it is highly encouraged to purchase the desired ready-to-ship items separately. By purchasing a pre-order item you are acknowledging your item may come sooner or later than the expected estimated time.

 

Q: Can Pre-Orders be cancelled? 
A: Unfortunately because pre-orders are created to be produced, a pre-order cannot be cancelled. If you do need a cancellation, we can only offer a refund in the form of shop credit. Shipping will NOT be refunded. 
Please contact us immediately if you need your item cancelled.

Q: Is shipping free? 
A: Domestic shipping is free on all US orders $100+!

*International Shipping is always charged.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International shipping is charged on top of the price of the item(s). International shipping is calculated by weight.
We cannot lower the dollar amount on international orders in order to avoid custom fees. We do not cover, nor are we responsible for, customs fees placed on international orders. 



Q: Do you take payment plans?
A: Yes! You can use either Paypal or Afterpay to make 4 easy payments!


Q: Are all sales final? Do you do returns or refunds?
A: Yes. All sales are final. All Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We offer exchanges for items that have defects. Please contact us for further information at petalsandpoison@gmail.com.

Q: When do you ship?
A: Please allow 1-7 days for processing and shipment. We normally process all orders within 24-48 hours.


Q: What are your items made of?
A: Please view each description of teas and hot chocolates for more information on ingredients. For all kitchenware, it is made with bone-free porcelain. For the "Nu Antiques", they are made of food grade brass and nickel plated brass, or (non food grade) chrome plated brass. For the "Into the Unknown" Candle Rings, they are hand sculpted with a high quality durable clay, brass and a paraffin candle. Please email me us you have any allergy concerns.


Q: My item was damaged and/or lost. What do I do?
A: Please email us at petalsandpoison@gmail.com to discuss further in detail about your situation. For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged item, keep all original packaging, and we will then provide you the next steps.

 

Q: I need to cancel my order.

We aim to get all packages out within 24-48 hours of purchase. All orders (including pre-orders start processing immediately). Because of this, we can only provide cancellations in the form of shop credit ONLY.

Cancellations will receive a 100% refund in the form of shop credit, so long as your ordered items have not yet shipped. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. You can apply for a shop credit refund & a return label to return your product.

In this circumstance, shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us immediately if you need your item cancelled.

 

Tea Allergy Info

Allergens - Our facility is not a certified allergen-free or gluten-free facility.

  Tree Nuts: Some blends contain tree nuts. I take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination by using separate scoops and mixing bins for each allergen.

Gluten:
Teas: Most teas are gluten free. (Please check ALL ingredients thoroughly before purchasing!)
Flavors: All flavorings are gluten free.
The tree nuts that are used are gluten free.
Herbs: Every effort is made to source the best gluten free herbs. Some of our herbal suppliers, using an over-abundance of caution, will not make any gluten free “claims”, which makes us unable to state with 100% certainty that all tea blends are gluten free.
 

Hot Chocolate Info:

Vegan Hot Chocolate Info

-Natural Flavor Powder Ingredients (with sugar): Natural Powder (With Sugar) Contains: Dextrose and Natural Flavors. Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-Free.

-Sugar-Free Flavor Powder Ingredients:Natural Powder (Sugar-Free) Contains: Gum Acacia and Natural Flavors

 

OVER FLAVORING YOUR HOT CHOCOLATE

If for any reason you notice a "medicinal/minty" flavor when drinking your Vegan Hot Chocolates, you have unfortunately over-flavored your drink. Or, if you are burping the flavor up an hour or more after you have eaten the finished product, you have also possibly over flavored it. Make sure to start with a small amount of flavor powder to your drink. It's always better to start with a little of the powder. Remember, a little goes a long way!
